The Ministry of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Rural Development (MARNDR) launched an agroforestry fair on April 7, 2026, in Camp Coq (Limbé), aimed at supporting the 2026 spring agricultural campaign.
Organized under the PAPAIR program, with support from the IDB and GAFSP, the initiative includes the distribution of agricultural inputs to more than 1,000 beneficiaries across two sites, with the participation of 49 suppliers. On the first day alone, around 250 farmers received yams, bananas, and sugarcane for their plots.
