Iran has pledged to impose a “heavy price” in retaliation for what it described as “Israeli crimes,” following strikes that targeted key industrial and civilian nuclear facilities on Friday.
Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated that the attacks hit two of the country’s largest steel complexes, a power plant, and civilian nuclear sites, accusing Israel of acting “in coordination with” United States.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) also issued warnings, urging workers at industrial sites linked to the United States and Israel to evacuate, while reiterating that retaliation would follow the strikes.
The escalation raises concerns about a broader regional confrontation, as tensions between the involved parties continue to intensify.
