The new Director General of the Office of National Old-Age Insurance (ONA), Lovely François, has begun a series of visits aimed at assessing working conditions and improving service delivery.
Launched on Thursday, March 26, the tour has taken her to several ONA branches, including Delmas 31, Delmas 83, SONAPI, and Tabarre.
Through this initiative, Lovely François seeks to establish direct contact with staff and gain a clearer understanding of the daily challenges faced by employees.
During these visits, she has prioritized dialogue with personnel to identify key needs and lay the groundwork for sustainable improvements in services provided to insured individuals and pensioners. This approach reflects a broader effort to modernize ONA’s administration, with a focus on performance, transparency, and efficiency in public service delivery.
According to available information, the tour also aims to enhance service quality and improve user experience, at a time when expectations remain high.
The initiative has been positively received by staff, who welcomed this hands-on approach and voiced concerns about working conditions.
Recently appointed to this strategic position, Lovely François is signaling her intention to place both employees and beneficiaries at the center of her leadership.
This tour marks the beginning of a new dynamic within ONA, focused on field-oriented governance and concrete results.
