Six people who were abducted on April 3 in Bab Pagnol (Jean-Rabel, Northwest) were freed following an intervention by the Haitian National Police and the mobilization of local residents. Five suspected kidnappers were killed by an angry crowd. The victims have returned home safely and unharmed.
