The Ministry of Culture and Communication (MCC) has condemned the desecration of the Citadelle Henri that occurred on April 11, 2026, a tragedy marked by the death of young compatriots.
Acknowledging administrative and technical failures within its departmental services and at ISPAN, the MCC announced the dismissal of the concerned departmental directors for gross negligence and passivity. These disciplinary measures aim to reaffirm public accountability and the protection of national heritage.
