Just days ahead of their official graduation ceremony, officer candidates from the 36th promotion of the Haitian National Police (PNH) received a batch of tactical and operational equipment designed to support their upcoming field operations.
This incoming class of officers represents the second cohort to be trained under the state’s strategic “P4000+” recruitment program. According to police authorities, the distribution of these resources is intended to reinforce the capabilities of the future agents as they prepare to take on their duties to protect the public and restore security nationwide.
