The South-East departmental directorate of the Ministry for the Status of Women and Women’s Rights (MCFDF) has strongly condemned acts of extreme violence committed against a young woman and a young girl in Cyvadier, in the commune of Jacmel.
According to information available to the MCFDF, the acts were committed on Tuesday, April 14, by Wildor Vergin, identified as the manager of a morgue in the commune.
The ministry’s services, in coordination with the Government Commissioner of Jacmel, are mobilized to establish responsibilities.
